A pair of large antique porcelain imari potiches decorated with phoenixes and floral motifs. The lidded potiches are made in Japan and date from the early 19th century (Meiji period).

Condition:
The vases are in a good condition considering their age. One of the potiches is in a very good condition. The other potiche has got a repair at the rim of the opening and a hairline. This is very good visible on the detailed pictures. At the foo dogs, there is some minor color loss. The repair and hairline on one vase has minor to no influence on the decorative value of these potiches. No other damages or restorations found (UV checked).
Every item we sell has been carefully checked for any damages and restorations. We make use of UV light to check this properly. Good packaging and shipped with a tracking number.
