Antique Chinese ginger jar decorated with figures // Republic Period (1912-1949)

An antique porcelain ginger jar decorated at the frontside with figures including a fisherman. At the backside, the ginger jar is decorated with Chinese calligraphies. The ginger jar is made in China and dates from the Republic Period (1912-1949).

Height: 31,6cm
Height without lid: 26,5cm
Diameter mouth: 9,4cm
Diameter bottom: 13,3cm

Condition:
The ginger jar is in a very good condition. The color of the lid is a bit darker than the white color of the ginger jar. The top of the lid has got some glaze loss (see detailed picture). At the opening of the jar, there is some minor fritting to the rim (see detailed picture). No other damages or restorations found (UV checked).
