Antique Chinese Nanking vase decorated with peonies and birds // Qing Dynasty - 19th century

An antique porcelain Nanking vase decorated with peonies and birds. At the backside, the vase is decorated with Chinese calligraphies. The vase is made in China and dates from the middle of the 19th century (Qing Dynasty). At the bottom, the vase is marked with a Chinese seal (Chenghua mark). 

The decoration of peonies and birds is very rare on this type of Chinese vases. Mostly, these Nanking vases wear a warrior decor. For this reason, this antique vase can be considered to be a rare example.

Condition:
The vase is in an excellent condition. No damages or restorations found (UV checked).
