Antique Chinese ginger jar decorated with a garden scene // Republic Period (1912-1949)

An antique porcelain ginger jar decorated with a Chinese lady and playing children in a garden. At the backside, the ginger jar is decorated with Chinese calligraphies which are representing a poem. The ginger jar is made in China and dates from the Republic Period (1912-1949).

Height without lid: 26cm
Diameter mouth: 8,5cm
Diameter bottom: 12,6cm

Condition:
The ginger jar is in a good condition considering its age. The original lid has been replaced with this one (which is a very common issue with this type of jars). At the mouth opening, there are a few small chips (see pictures). No other damages or restorations found (UV checked).
