Antique Chinese ginger jar decorated with a garden scene // Republic period (1912-1949)

Antique porcelain ginger jar decorated with a garden scene at the frontside. This garden scene is depicting a women with 3 playing children. At the backside, the ginger jar is decorated with Chinese calligraphies which are representing a poem. The ginger jar is made in China and dates from the Republic period (1912-1949).

Height: 32cm
Height without lid: 26,4cm
Diameter mouth: 9cm
Diameter bottom: 13,5cm

Condition:
The ginger jar is in an excellent condition, but unfortunately the original porcelain lid has been replaced with a wooden lid. This wooden lid is not perfectly fitting on the ginger jar. No damages or restorations found (UV checked).
