A pair of antique porcelain imari lidded vases decorated with floral motifs. The vases are made in France (Samson porcelain) and date from the 19th century. These are very imposing vases of a very fine quality.
Dimensions:
Height: 46cm
Height without lid: 36cm
Diameter mouth: 15,6cm
Diameter bottom: 20cm
Condition:
The vases are in a good condition considering its age. The first vase has got a chip to the rim of the lid and several baking flaws including a crack at the mouth which was created during the baking process. The other vase has got a line in the bottom which was also created during the baking process, and a hairline at the mouth rim. The top of the lid of this vase is also restored (reglued). No other damages or restorations found (UV checked).
Every item we sell has been carefully checked for any damages and restoraitons. We make use of UV light to check this properly. Good packaging and shipped with a tracking number.
