A pair of rare antique porcelain iron red (rouge-de-fer) vases decorated in imari style. The vases are made in China and date from the 18th century (Kangxi period - 18th century - Qing Dynasty).
Dimensions:
Height: 22,5-23cm
Diameter mouth: 11-11,4cm
Diameter bottom: 8,8-9cm
Condition:
The vases are in a bad condition. One vase has got a repair at the mouth (reglued piece) and fritting to the bottom rim. The other vase has also a repair at the mouth (reglued piece) but there is still missing a piece at the top rim. This vase also has a hairline to the rim (see detailed pictures). The vases were checked with UV light for other damages and restorations.
Every item we sell has been carefully checked for damages and restorations. We make use of UV light to check this properly. Good packaging and shipped with a tracking number.
