Large antique Japanese imari lidded vase // Meiji period - 19th century

A large porcelain imari lidded vase with a typical decoration of flowers and phoenixes. The lidded vase is made in Japan and dates from 19th century (Meiji period). At the top of the lid, there is a sitting foo dog which represents protection.

Height without lid: 33cm
Diameter mouth: 15,8cm
Diameter bottom: 16,4cm

Condition:
The lidded vase is in a very good condition, but unfortunately there is a crack in the lid (see detailed pictures of the lid). No other damages or restorations found (UV checked).
